Haven't been for a While. The Layout has changed (for the good) Good Covid restrictions in force.
Lovely store: newly refurbished and a really nice place to shop: friendly staff on the welcome desk and a lovely looking new cafe to open in new year too. Nice big car park with safe walking areas, and plenty of payment points so few queues. Have always had good availability too.
I was absolutely cuffed to be give an item on the house. I was disappointed that you had left ocardo but recently I have seen a huge improvement in your shop in Horley and I find myself coming into the shop again and today it just made my day so to you all working hard at Waitrose .
