Shopped here regularly but now im so put off. I have to complain about one specific member of staff. I understand the rule about one per household but I don't own a car so my flat mate and I have to go shopping together. We were inside doing our own separate shopping because of this rule and literally had to talk to my flatmate for a minute, a female staff behind the deli condescendingly tells us off as if we were kids? No idea if she was having a bad day but she herself was not wearing a mask or a shield.

I love shopping at Waitrose. However this is my least favourite one of them. This Waitrose is small & does not have the full range of Waitrose products. Moreover the fresh fruit & vegetable section always seems to be under stocked, with common ingredients often not on the shelves. The staff are polite & helpful. However the crowd that shop here can be a bit rough. Parking is also an issue at times. I now do my regular food shopping at Waitrose in Solihull. It is an extra 20 minutes drive for me but it is well worth it.

Efficient service and polite and friendly staff response. Other customers respected socially distance measures. Great experience

I've been waiting to book an on-line delivery for SIX WEEKS. I've emailed several times and spoken by phone THREE TIMES to Head Office. Useless and utterly incompetent. I'm 70 years of age, self-isolating and live by myself. So what apparently. Thanks Waitrose. I'll try Iceland. Waitrose is full of PC- correct marketing hyper-*****!!!!!!!!
