I just like shopping here. They have a wide range of pricey, but top quality items. I am a great believer in you get what you're willing to pay for. Staff are lovely and helpful, goods well laid out, things easy to find. Oh I don't eat kippers but husband says their to die for.

Wide selection of products and very friendly staff. Great fresh coffee too.
Staff are helpful and polite. Parking was no problem. The staff were wiping the rail on the trollies down and are outside to tell you whether you can go in or not, so no guessing. Staff indoors are wearing masks and barriers were in place. Waitrose always has filled shelves and staff will point things out if you can't find them. I also love the wide Isles.
