I have used the Waitrose in Frimley since I moved from London 18 months ago. The quality of produce is top notch, the staff when I began using the store were lovely, a lot of them still are, however there are now some bad eggs who have ruined my loyalty in returning to this particular store. The eggstaff are particularly rude and disrespectful to people and have no idea how to treat the customers who pay their salaries. The eggs need customer service training and have no social skills. If you are like me, disabled, vulnerable with other issues steer well clear of the Frimley Waitrose!

Good range of groceries and household goods available. Ample parking space available close by. Helpful friendly staff. It would help to have some sign posts from the main road specifically for people visiting the place for the first time.
