Great shop! It's useful to have a grocery shop in the city centre. I dont drive, however its right next to its car park, if you are driving. The staff here are always very polite and helpful. And the range of vegan and gluten free items are very good.

Poor choice, narrow aisles but good central parking for the City
I shop at Waitrose on Saturdays. When checking out, I am always greeted by a smiley Lauren who never fails to brighten up my day. I enjoy having a weekly check in with her as it keeps me sane! Lauren's work ethic and ability to communicate indefinitely speaks for itself. She truly has become the friendly face of Waitrose for myself and many other customers.
A great branch, usually has all I require and the quality is great at mostly sensible prices. The staff are so polite, friendly and helpful.
Helpful and welcoming staff. Good range of products. Ample parking.
