I live a few mins walk from this Waitrose , been shopping here for good few years. Staff always been helpful and friendly. Decent variety options on products. Restocked quick enough (1 week) for necessities from spikes.

I live down the road from this store. Really friendly security man and staff are always on hand to help. Was very happy to see their range of fruits extend to GOLD KIWIS. I am a huge fan of these and find them hard to source in many other supermarkets. Not to mention the variety in other products such a ice cream, domestic necessities and other is far greater than the average other supermarket.
good quality of food! as brilliant as m&s for brit supermarket! i like its reduced food which still have 2-3 days bb - just to reduce the food to be bin!
horrible waited 40 minutes in -2degree. the workers are absolute unhelpful! open one toll for paying when there are 4 people waiting and spent 15 minutes to deal one someone who claim their lottery. better go to m&s everyone
Ordered a PURE radio online with John Lewis and arranged to pick it up here Excellent service and 20 cheaper than anywhere else with free extended warranty Also of course from my previous reviews this is an excellent shop for food and our go to shop! This is a super Waitrose and the only one we go to which surpasses it is of course Brent Cross. Customer service is superb
