Excellent shopping experience both inside the store and the control of entrance to the store during this Covid time
like
No bread no eggs no veg almost no fruit no meat. At which point did you realise your stocks were running low and at which point did you think it was worth while restocking? Or perhaps limiting sale of certain items?
Good shopping for good food, only covid que for a short while. One out and one in. Very good.
Friendly staff and good offers. Waitrose have a reputation for being expensive. However overall we find the prices reasonable.
Big shout out & huge thanks to a lovely member of staff (young man, didn't catch the name) who dealt so kindly & patiently with my cries for help over the fone with an issue i had with a recent purchase at the store. Exceptional & professional customer service & care... much appreciated, thank you. You've put some light back into what was looking like a pretty sad Xmas!
