There are lots of lovely staff at Waitrose Dorchester, but one lady in particular goes above & beyond what is already a high standard of Customer Care & Service, her name i believe is Tina Fuller. She is a kind, helpful & caring Lady! She is also very funny, in fell swoop she solves your problem, makes you laugh & leaves you feeling great!?! I hope the Management recognise what an outstanding member of staff they have in Tina? She deserves a reward! Not just 5 Gold Stars! Pay Rise/Alcohol/Chocolates???

Polite Staff and a very jolly security lady. Nice little shopping experience, Good strong bag to get it home.
Controlled access to store keeping numbers safe. Not yet biggest Waitrose in the world but got a bottle of whisky I went for with a saving of 12.
Just wish more click and deliver available for those of us isolated due to age and and health. I suspect people are booking several dates ahead of time. This could be managed by Waitrose much better. We make click and collect for us But not ideal.
Great supermarket - not too big but big enough to carry a good range of excellent products. Look out for their Essential Range of good value items. Helpful staff too always available.
