The store was busy but this store has excellent staff who know what they are doing and do everything with a brilliant attitude. Nothing is too much. Good choice of products and some very goid deals.

!!!Good shopping... But be aware the little step at the bottom of stairs towards the Aquacentre, I've tript on it and fell onto the road. Luckily zebra crossing. In the evening, It's in the dark you can't really see it..!¡¡¡
Wide aisles, lots of choice. Nice, helpful staff. Can be pricey but obviously the quality is brilliant so you get what you pay for.
I never have any problems in my local Waitrose. Today I was helped by a very courteous young lady when the item I was looking for wasn't on the shelf where it should have been. In no time at all she was able to assist me to another area where the said item was on a promotional display.
Lovely store to shop at and well set up for social distancing and hygiene. Brilliant for vegan food and fresh food
