Efficient and friendly. The basket-only till was free for my unplanned visit (salad, dog-chews and lottery ticket). The cashier also printed a Fast Pay card for my lucky numbers.

Very well merchandised and stocked grocery store. The produce is very fresh, the deli has a great variety, and the bakery is quite impressive. The staff are also helpful and best of all they have a big and free of charge parking lot.
This is my favourite Waitrose store, partly because it is very easy to get to by bus and partly becaues the staff are so helfpul. Yes, it is smaller than many other Waitroses, but it has an amazing range of produce and it somehow feels like a family store because of its smallness and because all the staff seem to get on so well together. It feels such a friendly place. I've met people from Henley who prefer this Waitrose to their local larger one in Henley. And this morning a nice young member of staff showed me exactly where to find a sachet of spices to make our mulled wine this Christmas. The cashiers are nice and helpful too.
Good snacks they got but I ain't got that kinda money. Recommend becoming a theif x
