This has always been my favourite place to shop and i always find the staff very helpful. That all changed last Sunday when i popped in briefly for a small amount of shopping and was treated abhorrently by a bullying member of staff and the security guard. Both ganged up on me and surrounded me in a way which i felt really anxious and uncomfortable. A friend witnessed the way I was spoken to and was shocked. No matter what is going on there are ways to treat people and this was not followed in thus branch of Waitrose. I am fearful to go back in and have felt very distressed about the whole incident.

Not sure whether the girl was new nut a little naive. Had trouble finding the right price for my bread. Obviously still in training. Security man very polite and friendly. Mon 16th Nov 20.
Shop was clean and safe. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good quality but some goods were very expensive. 3.50 for 1 ltr of own brand ice cream seemed excessive. If there's a good reason for this price it needs to be obvious.
It's Waitrose.... and a lovely, modern store. Not the biggest but always has what I need. Great service.
