I am a regular shopper at the Banstead branch and tonight was served by one of the loveliest people I have ever encountered in the branch. Not only was Lauralee (I hope I have spelt her name right) very good with covid regulations of shoppers, but she also explained how grateful she is to be working, she is a true asset to the branch and I would like her to know that she is a lovely person to be served by. May you only employ more people like her! An asset to herself and your company will only benefit. Looking forward to be served by you again. Kerry

As always very good with most helpful and polite staff. Products are always fresh. More pricey than other supermarkets but well worth going to.
Not too busy. No queues. Fairly well stocked. Most people observing but obviously the usual Covidiots.
Love going to see Dannii on the deli counter. She’s super kind and very knowledgeable. Love grabbing fresh fish from Waitrose banstead. Perfect every time
