Such a joy! The best thing I do every week during lockdown aside from working. As soon as I walk through the door I feel embraced with a warm, genuinely helpful and safe environment. This branch is outstanding and the staff awesome.

Fantastic large store with ample parking, free for 2hrs, & a lovely cafe that makes delicious drinks & has a limited range of extremely appealing looking food. I went to the customer services desk, the tills after shopping to purchase my food & wine, then into the cafe, & everybody that served me gave me a genuine happy smile, therefore great place to be & for a Wednesday, everything I needed was in stock, also because the store is large, they had a great range of everything you could possibly need.
Best place in Worthing! Great staff and helpful too. Have shopped in here for years and love their good selection of fresh produce.The staff even gifted me flowers as I have recently been in hospital. Unexpectedly kind... it made my day!
Small queue, quick entry. No scrubbing of trolleys as far as I could determine. A breeze through the tills with Quick Scan.
Always five star service from the moment you arrive you are greeted by a very friendly security guard, all the produce is so fresh and at great prices, plenty of deals on at the moment, all staff very friendly, not that I should have favourites but the guy on the wines/spirits always recommends great wine and champagne and is always full of great chat 10/10 , thank you Waitrose and see you soon.
