Shop was organised. All staff were lovely. Ordered sushi to collect. Might have been slightly too much rice vinegar as the taste was over powering. I am sure it was a one off. Staff sorted a special platter out for us.

I was early bird, which made it much more relaxing. Inside the store, the staff were lovely and mostly well stocked. Outside, no clear instruction on trolley procedure, and some other customers also mentioned this.
Nice store with everything you could expect from a Waitrose. However, the picnic tables are absolutely disgusting and not cleaned regularly enough.
Cafe is great, breakfast is good. Staff are always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
