Waitrose is fantastic and although you have to queue for a while outside, it is really safe inside as not overcrowded, so easy to socially distanced whilst shopping. It is worth the queue in the rain. Got some delicious wine for Christmas Day and the staff are very helpful with their recommendations.

Proactive and Helpful staff. Clean and tidy shop.
Always high standards. Waitrose Essentials brand I find great value for money. Can be rather pricey with some produce, sometimes 50p-1 more than other supermarkets for identical product. Service from staff reliably very good.
The Henleaze branch is doing a pretty reasonable job of not letting the store get too crowded & social distancing, plus people are actually wearing masks. Feels like the safest of the supermarkets I've shopped in so far.
Great customer service on my Click and Collect item.
