This is a great little store. Has everything you need in it and more. The staff are super helpful, nothing is too much trouble
Staff on occasion could be more helpful/friendly especially security staff, and the manner in which they speak to you.
Just a really negative feeling in this Wellington store today. It was the day after boxing day though. Lots of reductions around as expected but many seasonal products on the shelves without shelf edge labels. How do you expect to sell things when customers don't know the price? Staff were not engaging with customers either, and both team members on the counters were not wearing masks. Only saving grace was a polite older checkout operator. Won't be back in a Waitrose for sometime.... If ever.
