Lovely wide, clean aisles, kind and helpful staff. Good selection of quality products. And, in these times, they count people as they go in ensuring that the store doesn't become crowded. Plus there is the usual sanitation station at the entrance.

I had a lovely couple of hours with a walk along the canal to Waitrose and bought a good variety of food and drink, then laden with shopping walked the old road back to Old Town. It was great to tick off fresh air, exercise, great scenery, good company and great variety of food stuff at Waitrose. Staying safe all completed within government guidelines.
Excellent service and extremely helpful when looking for goods. The staff were knowledgeable and keen to find details of the goods I was hoping to buy and fetch them for me thus reducing the time I had to spend searching. Under the present conditions I found this reduced my concern about trailing round the store. Thank you.
Nice wide aisles and well spaced out. Not many staff but probably because of Covid
