I have always been pleased with the service and consistent good quality of goods at the Swaffham branch of Waitrose. The staff have been really helpful during the covid crisis and are always cheerful and pleasant. Keep up the good work! and Thank you.

Great range of vegan products. Chive and onion rolls are delicious. They have ham style slices, pizzas, burgers (fridge and frozen), gnocchi, (potato and spinach variety) ready meals, tofu, cheese alternatives. Really good range. Meal deal range is pretty sparse though. Juice, fruit and crisps available but I could only see vegetable samosa as vegan. Still good though. Shell garage on site too.
Helpful and friendly staff. Excellent food at reasonable prices. The scan as you pack saves so much time, love it.
Found all items on my list plus lovely rack of lamb for myself
Dissapointed about the quality in the café. The coffee tasted awful. The poached eggs dish had dried looking spinach in its dish, not looking very appetizing. Shame. The pea and ham soup looked and tasted nice.
