After my local Waitrose closed in Penn, (tragic), I have been using the Stourbridge branch for delivery of my weekly shop. Although they perhaps dont stock everything that the Penn branch did, I must give a huge thanks to their brilliant delivery team, always friendly and helpful. Great customer service. Thankyou.

Friendly, helpful staff. Great produce. Sometimes they don't always have a full stock of products as only a fairly small shop.
A small supermarket. You can buy stuff.
They are great at making sure they only allow a set amount of people in at one time, however they do pick and choose when you can and cannot come in with a child. On several occasions one specific man on the door have said no to my 13 year old coming in with me but they other staff have no problem with it. The staff that work inside do not know how to social distance from the customers and do not care if they come straight up close to you despite us being in a global pandemic! Despite this they usually have what I need and I only really like to shop in Waitrose.
A fabulous shop, the staff are so helpful and the range of goods is exceptional for such as small shop. Throughout the pandemic they have kept up their high standards and are foremost in controlling spread by maintaining safe numbers and hygiene routines (unlike the large superstore also in the town!). Keep going Waitrose, Stourbridge, we love you.
