Good covid protection. Usual Waitrose premium product selection. A smaller than many Waitrose stores but it is our local and does a great job substituting for a delicatessen which we don't have locally. Highly recommended.

Well distanced and staff really helpful. Lovely selection of Valentine dishes.
My wife has Breast cancer so we tried the click and collect service we took the option of supplying our own bags and found it clean and Quick. 5 minutes for the lady to put it in a trolley for me and I packed the bags myself. I will definitely be using this service again
Always feel safe when shopping here. Staff are very helpful when you can't find what you want. They have a great system when picking up items from JL.
