It's not always stocked up these days and there's occasional queueing. The one way system is awkward but I guess it's for our safety. Some other shops have rejigged their aisles to make them wider and I prefer to use them rather than stick to a rigid one way system when I may only want one item. Fruit and veg is good quality.

I like the shop, but some staff are not humane, not compassionate and not nice to others. I have seen situations where the client had the mask on but not in nose and the man with the staff did a scuffle. This client politely explained that he would not be able to wear because he was suffocating and he would not be able to breathe, but the gentleman from the staff was very unpleasant and did not want to listen to the translations. Not human and obsessive behavior of the employee.
Great shop, lovely staff, easy to find what you need, has a convenient cafe for a quick coffee. All round decent shop. Some prices are questionable but you tend to be paying a bit more for quality.
Lovely helpful staff. The checkout lady was actually from John Lewis, she was polite and nice to chat to. Humanised our shopping experience in these difficult times.
