Gave my wife a lift to Waitrose earlier today to collect a John Lewis coat (150 down to 50) I'm not qualified to judge the quality of said item but even I could tell that this was a bargain! More seriously I note that Waitrose properly monitors and controls numbers in the shop, ensures that trolleys are cleaned after each use and enforces mask wearing. Finally, where else in this area could you get quince jelly!

Always a good range of quality fresh food and dry goods. Reduced price items regularly found late afternoon onwards. Easy parking. Queuing to get in most of the time currently though you don't normally gave to wait long.
Very quiet this afternoon, well stocked shelves, staff very friendly.
Although the shop was relatively empty of customers, there were plenty of staff stocking shelves. It was very disappointing that these same staff members had to be asked to move so that I could reach something from the shelves. Waitrose staff still not adhering to social distancing
Quite shop. Ample parking. Limited range compared to larger stores. Convenient pick-up service for online orders.
