Visited the store yesterday morning and was greeted at the tills by a delightful young lady Ella or Ellie I believe her name tag read. So polite and helpful, made for a pleasant trip and left with a big smile on my face, we need as many people like her spreading contagious positivity around especially during these dire times. Will certainly be returning again:)

On the plus side - clean, quiet, friendly, well stocked, easy to access and park. On the constructive feedback side - had a click and collect food order, had to go into the store to get it, then they brought the food to the customer service desk in boxes and I had to decant it into a trolley to take it out to the car. Other stores get you to phone when you arrive and bring the food to your car which minimises Covid contact risk. A bit of planning and flexibility could improve the system.

Waitrose cares about their animals. They win all the awards. The animals all go outside compared to other supermarkets where they are mostly locked in a cage or chained and never go out. Love Waitrose for it. Brilliant shop

This is a small Waitrose but a lot of parking space. The entrance/sign was kind of blocked by trees and you have to be careful and drive slow if you go there the first time. The meat section is extremely small and not much to choose from. It does get a bit busy on a Sunday afternoon.
