I love shopping at waitrose. Staff are amazing! Especially last week . The new girl on the customer service desk Olivia??? Went above and beyond to help me. I was having a bad day. A waik round the store usually helps. But \ olivia\ was just extra nice and helpful .

Love to shop at Waitress when nearby! Always come out with lots more than I went in for. Today was onions. Came out with beer, rum, Baileys, muffins, cakes, a magazine, and lastly....onions!
