Click and Collect was a very poor experience again today. I was expected to stand inside store, in close proximity to shoppers arriving through front door, to wait for my order to be retrieved. Yet again my chilled order has been given to someone else and was I expected to stand around in the store until they had recollated it. Why does Waitrose appear to be the only supermarket who doesn't protect their customers and staff by not bringing it outside? One very disgruntled customer who they have probably now lost for good!
