I love the fresh fish section. It has been one of the few chains that has kept the fishmongers and meat counter sections open during the pandemic, that's a big draw for me. The store in Horsham is also as customer driven as it is the quality of products. The John Lewis is conveniently located in site. A great shopping experience

Like most waitrose it is what expected. What’s great parking is big enough. And minutes walk to town centre. Quality of the food best. Price range i would say worth what you paying for and it’s about the same as M&S.
I am a 100% Wheelchair user & I have found all staff Curtiose to me & my Carers. Both stores Accessible also excellent Disabled Toilet facilities &.Parking.
They had everything we needed. Prices were OK and it felt safe to shop
