Smart clean easy to park during lockdown and 0 degrees!!! Got just what we needed and a few bargains quick efficient swipe tills and the parking refunded !
Nicely located in the middle of Guildford with ample parking (which you have to pay for up front but get a refund if you spend 10 or more). Staff are excellent but being a mid sized store, the range is not as good as some might expect. Fish and Meat counters are excellent.
I don't know how they do it, especially in this challenging time. But whatever I going to Waitrose staff are at the till are always nice, and chatty. Always feel welcomed.
Clean, easy to shop. Staff very polite and helpful.
