Best supermarket in Surrey, Woking and Guildford. QUALITY superior, scrupulously clean, security at main entrance brilliant, staff magnificent, i wish all shops were like this. Keep up the good work. Lez Kelly.

I like Waitrose, but I do think your money doesn’t go as far. Having said that, they do have special offers, which can make some things very reasonable. The food is good quality in my opinion, and I find things here that are different. Today I got some turmeric latte. If you join their Waitrose scheme, you get vouchers through the post and free tea and coffee when you go in and make a purchase. The one in Goldsworth Park has a small playground area outside and there are other shops nearby as well as a nearby petrol station.

A clean, well run store. Friendly, attentive staff. Obviously considerable more expensive than other stores, but quality products.

Gail served me at the till today and I just wanted to say how much of a beautiful person she is. I have never received that kind of service in a supermarket in my life. She is just so kind and genuine and because of her I will be doing every shop at Waitrose from now on. She is the absolute definition of perfect customer service! Waitrose are very lucky to have her! In fact all of the staff are so kind and helpful, it really makes all the difference. And also, they have a fantastic vegan range!!!!

This was my first visit to Waitrose Woking in all the years I've lived here. I had a 20 gift card. Parking was free and the Car Park massive. First impressions of the store were it was modern and bright. Shopping was good and the set up logical. The prices seemed a little bit expensive... but I'm assured the quality is good. The staff on the checkout were a delight. Friendly and helpful. PLUS.. you're offered a free cup of tea to unwind after the shop. Only the prices let the shop down.
