I love Waitrose. Great selection of quality products for a reasonable price and the staff are courteous and helpful. I've heard it said that it's expensive and for wealthy people only but that is simply untrue. I live on benefits and I find their essentials range to be very cost effective for my limited income and the quality of it is excellent.
