Woman would not move her trolley out of the way so that I could walk past. Shelf replenisher slammed down the crates on purpose when I was nearby - it hurt my ears. I am very sensitive to sound. Overall, other things happened which made me feel I was not a welcomed shopper here on numerous occasions.

Great quality food at affordable prices
I was very pleasantly surprised at how well stocked the shop was. I'm used to a much busier shopping experience at other stores. This provided wide shopping aisles, a variety of options with each required item. The Christmas items outside looked phenomenal. And this continued inside. Taking a lift to my car and down to the shop felt like an adventure, easy to park and was in and out like a ninja.
I rarely go in any Waitrose, as it's far too expensive for my weekly shop. However, when I do go in the Aylesbury branch, it's a pleasant enough store, has a decent variety of stock. My only real concern is the state of their toilets. Always, doesn't matter what time of day, always they are disgusting. I've never seen a cleaner go in there, and there's no point complaining, because no one does anything.
