Always a 5 * for Waitrose. Staff are always pleasant. The prices are correct to the produce, not like Asda where prices are dubiously placed and often incorrect. I don't spend so much because it's not jammed full of junk food to temp you! The flowers are contemporary, scented and last for ages.

The staff are great. The cakes are my wife's favourites. Wine isn't as cheap as Sainsbury's for the same. Customers are a mixed bag. My car has been bumped in the car park twice. Both times I was flashing full beam and the horn firmly pressed. I had cars behind me so couldn't get out the way. The police were sat there in disbelief for one of them. From now on I come here in my wife's car.
Poor service, people with out mask, staff unfriendly and angry
