Hi to anyone, reading this. The staff are always great, I have a great rappoir with the security guard as well but and this isn't against Waitrose but a comment on Covid shopping in general. I have been fortunate not to need the Shops and have gone down the delivery route so I haven't been in any since the Lockdowns started, it is utterly awful being in there now. I have been in Hospitals that look and feel less oppressive, if people have had it put on them gradually maybe it's not as telling but as I haven't I see it more black & white I guess. I will be relying on Delivery now 100%, but good luck to Waitrose and all it's staff who are always friendly and professional.

Great selection of lovely food. Not cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for. This isn't a large place and that makes it a nice place to shop. Wine selection is good. Staff are helpful and accommodating. The car park isn't that big but even at busy times, like just before Christmas I've always been able to park. There are a couple of other small shops on site like a dry cleaners and menders which makes the whole experience complete.

It was not a good experience. The telephone No at click and collect by car was unobtainable. We had to enter the shop which was lacking any sign of limiting numbers going in or leaving. Had to stand in queue at information desk with people not distancing and waited far too long for shopping to appear. It is little wonder that the virus is spreading if this goes on every day in what is supposed to be a lockdown. We will not be using the service again and feel our local supermarkets in Sale are safer and far better organized.

Click & Collect. Was very easy and very safe. No need to enter the store, just turn left, park up in allotted bays, phone number on signs and shopping is wheeled out by charming staff who stand well back.
