Born here!, never had a single problem here my entire life, but this summer some doctor with a beard was a complete A Hole to me for what reason , i do not know, Now i go to viking for help , i didnt deserve to be talked down to, hope that weirdo has a good life, I call it how i see it.They should get rid of that supposed doctor so it is cheaper for me to access healthcare, i am NOT the only one who drives to Viking now. Mabey that is what the healthcare department in Wainwright wants??? Im being over the top gracious in my review as i always try to see the others point of view and is is a covid pandemic, however its the same at all Hospitals and i was treated unfair and he tried to thwart my dignity and to undermine my decision to seek help for a illness i still cant shake.

Wonderful caring staff. friendly admission clerks, caring nurses, good doctors. The only problem ever is the long waits.
I was in the emergency room and heard the nurse bad mouthing the patients to the doctor on the phone and I left, she asked me why, I said I'm not going to listen to you bad mouth me to the doctor. I think she was under the impression I couldnt hear her. I'm so sick of nasty nurses, if you dont like your job...leave! More importantly, we are their bread and butter, and it's not up to the nurse to assume whether or not we(patients) are there for a legitimate reason. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
Husband was seen there after a work related accident; apparently the doctor he saw was in hurry to get to some wedding. Didn't apply stitches as required and as recommended but glue instead and sent him on his way. 10 days later the whole thing is falling apart, the scar looks awful (3mm wide) and right in the eyebrow. Bonus points: a proper physician detected a ruptured blood vessel in his head. To be continued. Either you concentrate on your work or take the damn day off.
Dr. Hays is not a good Dr. He is very arrogant and Pompus, he does not intent to help his patients. 1 star would never recommend.
