I've been with Baughan for about 15 years. I have kept my insurance with them although I have re-located out of the area many years ago. They snail mail me my documents with no issues. I rarely need to call them. Recently there was a discrepancy with my rates (not their fault, it was Wawanesa) . Baughan acknowledged it and pro-rated my fees immediately . Unfortunately, they could only go back in their system part way to when it began because of a Wawanesa system change. I requested that the older data be looked into further. The owner ,Colter, called me himself. He had taken the time to research and acknowledged that I had a valid point . From the get go, he was very personable and made sure my information was up to date. He explained what happened,was not defensive or argumentative and did not attempt to split hairs. He compensated me although he will take a hit because Wawanesa won't compensate Baughan. I'm very impressed and this reassured me that I have made the correct choice to remain with Baughan. Many businesses would not give me the time of day like Baughan has. Colter's personal touch is a big reason why they can continue to count on my business! Great job Baughan Agencies!
