Decent food when you actually get it, sometimes wait time is shockingly bad....confirmed order and waited 45 minutes extra for it.

SHOCKING service. 2 hours for food to be delivered. 30 minutes late. I got hung up on when chasing delivery!! Most expensive chinese in forest hall but the WORST customer service

Awful service. Delivered nearly two hours after ordering. Had to chase them twice and the second time I got hung up on from the guy taking orders on the phone after he admitted they couldn’t cope with the orders tonight but it wasn’t his problem. Pathetic service and overpriced food . Avoid

The Wai Ho Chinese Takeaway is the best take-away in the area by far. When it initially opened some years ago it was great then the management changed and the food wasn't very good but now it is excellent. Really good value for money and staff [both in the shop and the delivery drivers] are always polite and efficient. If I could afford it, I'd eat their food everyday.Keep up the good work!
