Fantastic food, can really recommend the skewers, though the milkshake was amazing too (banana!!). I also really appreciate how patient the staff and manager were, they accommodated my contactless requirements (self isolating) and were very kind to me when I made a mistake and thought my order wasn’t delivered (I hadn’t heard the doorbell, and it was where I’d asked - in the porch!!). Will not hesitate to order again, amazing service and food x

Stood waiting at the door for a significant amount of time. Staff gave no indication of coming over to serve us or give us reassurance they would be coming over soon. They were wearing masks but below the nose. When I asked for a set menu item with a cookie dough waffle, which is on the menu as an option, and has been done before. I was met with silence and then told this could no longer be done. This in itself would have been fine but it was the manner that I was met with that was the issue. The waffles are good which is why I come back, however I have given many chances for the service to have been improved giving them the benefit of the doubt of them being a new store but it hasn't so won't be returning anymore.
Took my daughter today and she loved it, only bought a waffle for her as I don't do desserts / have a sweet tooth - massively regretted that when I had a bite of hers. The waffle itself was great, the fresh strawberries were very good quality, and as great as it all tasted it was topped off by the best service . We called in yesterday and they weren't serving so they very kindly gave us a discount today. Fantastic and we'll definitely be back (I'll have my own next time).
Had a great experience at the waffle inn! Such a wide variety of waffles, crepes & so much more! The staff were really friendly and helpful - especially in these current circumstances! Looking forward to returning again soon to try more flavours!
First visit to the Waffle Inn and it was great, we had delicious waffles with gelato which tasted amazing. All food freshly made to order. Will definitely be returning and have already been bragging to friends about our new local pudding palace
