During covid (November 2020), the food was good. But the place was disgusting. Tables were not clean, utensils just thrown in with other dirty utensils and then picked back up and reused. The 2 waitresses fight over who had claim for me in regards to their tip. I came in and no one helped me, so I grabbed a menu to decide what I wanted. One of the waitresses went so low, as to lie by saying she was the one that got me the menu. Since they were giving each other nasty looks while I was waiting for my food, I paid for my food with no tip and walked out.

When things are busy it's easy to lose the great service aspect that they normally have. The best places don't, but unfortunately here that's not the case. If it's quiet you'll get great friendly service. If it's busy, though, I see all that go right out the window and am hard pressed to get anything beyond basic order and deliver the food. Not bad service but nothing more than \ok\.
The restaurant is fantastic and broad, the food was delicious and the prices were very fair. fast, effective service and very friendly staff. Highly recommended.
Waffle House in Belton last night for dinner. That chocolate pie with a cup of coffee after dinner was most excellent
8.11.2020 My sons and I had a fantastic experience at Belton Waffle House. Keri was so attentive and friendly. We arrived at a great time and didn't have to wait for a table. Keri kept our drinks topped off and kept us updated to our food (which only took about 7 minutes to get). The District Manager Christina was working at this location toady and she also was attentive to all of the patrons in the restaurant. She made a point to stop at each table and ask how everything was and just chit-chat with patrons! Even though they were all busy keeping tables cleaned off, dishes done, and making more grits...they made a point to give attention to the patrons!! Thanks so much for a great experience on our trip to AR. Will return to this Waffle House if we are traveling this way again!
