ONE STAR!!! First of all the waffles are amazing, best I've ever had, but it was the shopkeeper that let me down. When I ordered a waffle with a friend, we accidentally didn't say if we wanted half or full waffles. the shopkeeper, obviously wanting to get more money, immediately came to the conclusion that we wanted full waffles, and made them. And by the way, we DID NOT want full waffles. They take up the size of a dinner plate, and fills you up just as much as a full meal. Anyways, after he made the massive waffles, we realized that he made 2 full waffles. luckily I had the extra money to pay for them, despite the fact we didn't want to have two full waffles.You may be thinking at this point, so what, you had to pay more, it's your fault you didn't remind the shopkeeper. And you would be right, except for a few things. Firstly, we had been there just a week earlier, so he KNEW that we wanted half waffles, even if he asked us. secondly, you do not scam kids, especially when you know they won't finish what you gave them as it would be too big as you are just wasting food. Luckily we did both finish the waffles. Also, because of having to eat full waffles, I literally could not eat dinner that night. And that is coming from someone who has a big appetite. Because of the bad service I am nevercoming back again! (until 3rd April 2020) Update. Well I did go back in September and October, and I ate the waffles because that's what your supposed to do
My milkshake was amazing, I wish I could have gone back again for more, and definately will do again in the future. The staff are really friendly and helped me chose what I wanted.
I love this place! The staff is really friendly, their coffees are really good, and their home-made cakes are amazing! I have taken friends there, and they were happy with their orders. I recommend Waffle Away Manchester!
Amazing waffles real friendly welcoming atmosphere clean and well presented with individual customer service excellent value for money extremely generous portions lots of choice choice of eating I or out also offer free delivery locally massive five stars
