Not a great experience - I took my Husqvarna blower in for repair as the motor died after about ten minutes, the machine was returned to me some two weeks later and the same problem still existed so I took it back, I was told it needed a further part so having already paid over 100.00 for the first repair I had no alternative but to agree to the second repair. When I went to finally pick up the blower I had to pay a further 80.00 in repair costs, in total nearly the price of a new machine. I ask them to consider waiving the second invoice as the original fault was not rectified and had I know the overall cost I certainly would not have gone ahead with the repair. Even as a gesture of goodwill they refused to cancel the second invoice and on contacting Husvarna customer services they just referred me back to the dealer. Shoddy business all round I will certainly not be using or recommending Freesyles or Husqvarna products in future, oh and to add insult to injury the machine is so difficult to start now it nearly breaks my shoulder each time I start it.

My first time using these guys. What a great place. I had my vitpilen 701 serviced. Friendly, helpful and had plenty of time for me. This with all the Covid situation as well. Will be recommending and returning in the future.
