Our instructor Killy was brilliant. This was the best activity we tried in Cornwall, and unfortunately we left it until the last day of our stay otherwise we'd have been back every day afterwards. The two hour lesson was good value and we were all standing up(occasionally) by the end. Fantastic!

Recently spent the week at polzeath with my husband and 2 boys Rafferty and Dawson. We booked 4 lessons for the boys from 10-12pm. Fantastic surfing the boys loved it and took to it very quickly. A lovely touch was the professional photographer who got some great shots of the boys! All the the young instructors were lovely but one young man called Sam really made the extra effort. When he saw that our wetsuits we had brought for the boys were to big he suggested using the wave hunters wetsuits which were smaller and kept the heat in so the boys stayed warm through the week especially our 6 year old! Thank you Sam it was must appreciated and meant a lot. Will def return next year!
Haven’t had a lesson with these guys but came out of the water with an injury yesterday to the beach car park. The man working at wavehunters was extremely helpful. He brought me some cleaning wipes and a bandage and rung ahead to the local medical centres to find where would be the best place to go. Seemed like a really nice guy. Great to see the best side of the surf community coming through at wavehunters. Thanks again!
