Poor first experience - been served and introduced properly, set an 30min wash programme at 4.15pm to make it possible for me to pick it up before closure at 5pm. Turned up at 4.50 and it was closed with my wash locked inside the machine. Been left without my things, pickled through night but been apologised on next day and had my things rewashed for free...
