Allan and Spencer at the Bexleyheath branch recently looked after the funeral arrangements for my uncle. From the moment of engagement, the service received was exemplary. Nothing was too much trouble and they helped my mum make the necessary arrangements with the utmost consideration and respect. On the day of the service the weather was dreadful but Darryl and his team were the epitome of professionalism and looked after us all. My uncle was treated with the utmost dignity and I have no hesitation in recommending W Uden's services.

The first person I spoke to at Uden and Sons was Spencer and from that first conversation he took care of everything. Never having organized a funeral before that was really helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and the service went perfectly. I'm very grateful to Spencer for making a very difficult time a lot easier and giving my Mum the care and attention she deserved. I thoroughly recommend Udens. They assured everything went perfectly for my Mum's funeral. Alan and Spencer were very empathetic and understanding and the communication was excellent. Having used W Uden & Sons for my Dad's funeral in 2016, we had no hesitation in using their services again for my Mum. Nothing was too much trouble, and the staff did everything they could to make sure the funeral was respectful, but not too sombre. Spencer was great (again!) and I would thoroughly recommend using Udens.
