Nice site, wish I could afford a Ranger but that's another story. The guy that managed to help me out wore work stained coveralls and dirt under his nails. Nice guy, forgot to ask for his name and wish him a Merry Christmas

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable service from Chris in commercial sales. Put a disposition on a van on the premise it was in immaculate condition after he had verbally confirmed and sent pictures and videos to demonstrate that. After calling multiple times to ensure he was telling me the truth we traveled 3.5 hours to pick the van up. As soon as we approached the van we spotted 3 separate panels with damage, scratches and dints. Chris advised he hadn’t seen them, then tripped himself up in later conversations. He had omitted those areas of damage from the pics and videos. He offered 100 off the asking price and wasn’t bothered he had deceived us. I presume he thought because we had travelled all that way and put a deposit we would just take it anyway. However at that point we had totally lost faith in him and the company and were concerned about what else he was ‘forgetting’ to tell us. We have request a refund on the deposit which Chris advised we would get. We haven’t received it yet... I’ll update the review in the next week if we do get it. Would not recommend the company.
