Great to be able to visit the shop & Museum in Whitby. Love their selection of Jet, Amber, Opal gold & silver jewellery. Very friendly & helpful staff. Also do mail order which I have used before. Highly recommended A
a little bit let down despite me having spent some money with them via one of their sister sites they don't want to help me further and they want to continue treating me as a normal customer and not a returning customer, shame on them
We got excellent service,thank you.
I purchased some lovely Jet earrings from W Hamond's beautiful range. The website was nicely designed and service and delivery was very quick. Recently they developed a fault and needed repairing. I was asked to return them for repair and amazingly, within a week they were back! All repaired and cleaned too. This level of customer care is so refreshing - thank you
