Having got my oil from WCF for over 10 years I am appalled by the way I have been treated. Due to the incorrect allocation of an order an outstanding figure was recorded against my account. and they refused to deliver despite being given the details of the other account. It was always excellent service in Hexham but be very wary now the admin has moved to Peterlee.

Dont bother! Total watse of time. If you order they will not deliver until the very last minute regardles of your family going cold and you placing an order 7 days previous and if you complain then they will never supply again but they will happily quote you and then refuse your order because you complained when you were let down. Plenty of other oil comapnies who will value your business and be petty.
