Most friendly efficient helpful staff I've come across, nothing too much trouble, with a lovely welcome from the dog too. fantastically well stocked with all you could ever need. And if you can't find it, staff know exactly where it is and get it for you. If not then a prompt order Can be placed. Even have customer toilets as many an hour or 2 can easily be spent just browsing.

Such helpful staff and the most amazing range. Had just what we wanted and more.
My first visit today, what an amazing place!!! Will most definitely be coming back. Although I have suppliers closer to my home. The lady who served me was so helpful, the selection was amazing and no pressure what so ever. Was a pleasure to visit, just wish I'd found them sooner..can't wait to come back when I have time to browse...as this visit was close to closing time . Thank you so much for your help. See you again very soon. Best wishes Helen Green.
I love having a wander around here. Very therapeutic. I go for one thing and come out with loads. Have been using this company for at least 14 years, at Crowfield before. Aladins cave. Highly recommended.
