A series of unfortunate circumstances left me needing to buy a vehicle at VERY short notice, and with current Covid restrictions meaning having to buy online, I was more than a little concerned... fortunately I found Vulcan Motor company. In less than 24hrs, a gentleman named Matthew sorted everything out, from paperwork to delivering the car, and his description of the vehicle was absolutely spot on. Am not affiliated with Vulcan in any way whatsoever, just a very satisfied customer and happy to sing their praises. Would definitely deal with them again.

I had a very bad experience with this car sales, they sold me a cosmetically nice looking car with a hell of problems and dangerous to drive. I bought a Mercedes Benz e class w212 at the onset of the pandemic and the salesman appeared very good and politely told that there was not enough diesel and I should go straight to the garage to top up before I drive off. I first taxed the car and paid for it, he gave me the relevant documents saying it was in good condition with no problems at all. The looked smart and neat from outside and inside but I later discovered all that glitters is not gold. I drove for about 45 miles and there was a situation which needed emergency braking and that's when I discovered the car could stop in emergency situations and I thought maybe its was a minor issue so I drove maintaining a wider space between. I managed to drive home and parked the car since it was dangerous soon after the lockdown was lifted I went to garage and discovered that the car had a split rear subframe, the engine was leaking oil and water. I called the garage and the gentleman was very rude he had changed his tone and he blocked my phone. I send 2 e mail to the garage and no one replied to date, I repaired all the faults to a tune of 1500,00 the failed MOT again because of rusted rear brake pipes which is normal for the age of car. Please check and road test the cars this guy is selling as you will disappointed like me the guys seems good at first and becomes rude when you buy the car. I will attach the picture of the split subframe so that you will know my allegations are true no false. Disgruntled customer Middlesbrough

From start to finish the buying process was extremely easy especially in the current climate where it’s all online buying. Kept me updated all the way though the process very helpful and professional with whatsApp videos of a walk round of the vehicle. delivered to my door step extremely happy highly recommended.

I purchased a Citroen DS3 for my son’s first car from Matthew at Vulcan Motor Company. From the start he was 100% genuine and completely transparent. I would highly recommend to anybody considering purchasing a vehicle from them.
