A perfect place to train. Leigh and Shane (head coaches) made me feel very comfortable when starting as a beginner and everyone is friendly and approachable. Would highly recommend.
Perfect for kids to adults and beginners to Experts, allowed to go at your own pace, the instructors and students are all friendly and the instruction is made easy to understand. Free parking right outside.
Great gym to train in . Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional coaching No matter if you are a beginner or more advanced you will feel welcome. Always learning new things and at a good pace.
