If I could give this place 10 stars I would! The guy who runs it he's absolutely amazing! He's so friendly and very helpful plus he DEFINITELY KNOWS his stuff... he gives you so much necessary information and he's not pushy. I'm a new mum trying to get back in to shap and he really made me feel welcome... I've been in similar shops like this where they're just helping the mussels men customers and soon as they see someone like me walk in they make me feel like just an overweight mum looking for a quick fix. But honestly for all you women getting back at it post baby and need supplement advice etc try this place so welcoming and brilliant. They seem to have everything you could think of and too suit your pocket! Il never go anywhere else now. Thank you
