The staff in this store and the Croydon store are amazing. Really helpful, really friendly and knowledgable. They don’t push you too hard to buy anything and give you a chance to ask things without treating you like a fool. I’d definitely recommend going here

Overall, a very good experience with this store. I went in to get a JUUL for myself. The girl promoting it was kind enough to explain everything & gave me a demo of how it works etc. Good loyalty program too. I’ll definitely be back!! Thanks again.
Staff are excellent but products are overpriced and poor quality. I have brought several mods from here and have all broke within 3 months. There are better cheaper shops in croydon
